Gardeners or workers may need access to the yard, and the shared area of the house from time to time. Access to the rental unit will not be required.

Only 10-minute walk to Balboa Park Bart station.
4 stops to downtown San Francisco.
A few mins walk to all the stores and banks including Safeway, Walgreen, Citi, Chase, Wells Fargo, USPS.
Nice restaurants nearby on Mission st.
Other Things to Note:
The laundry machines are shared.
Please finish doing laundry by 8pm as the machines are in front of another room's door.

Visiting our daughter
We travel quite a bit and have stayed at several VRBO locations across the country, with a range or experiences. This was definitely among our top three and now our go to for SFO! My mother-in-law, who is a young 92 year old, kept commenting how cute it was; she loved the kitchen. Everything was PERFECT and we enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner with our daughter. Great location, easy access. Parking can be tricky late evening but that is SF. We highly recommend and will be back.

Meh. This is easily the most soulless place I've ever stayed. Light over the door was out, a problem when it's the second floor. Paper-thin walls. Despite the landlord's request for quiet, we could hear conversation below (no fault of renters!). Plug for tub doesn't fit. Poorly stocked kitchen (one single teaspoon!), crappy pillows. Very smelly detergent on linens. Less than stellar communication- had to reach out for confirmation days b4 stay, unlike most places that send mails. Variety of bug spray in the cabinets offputting. Big hole in window screen in living room. Obvs a for-profit rental. Couch uncomfy in the extreme. Unwelcoming school-like instructions (don't stain linens, you slob!). Give this one a miss unless you need to be in this particular neighborhood.

Terrific spot for family
Super clean, well-outfitted apartment close to public transportation. Challenging to park, but free. Quiet, sunny, with plenty of room fir two couples and an infant. Would recommend to family and friends.

Clean, convenient property.
The property was clean and as described in the listing. Convenient location, just 20-30 minute drive to downtown. Street parking was a little challenging on days with street cleaning, but other days, I was able to park on the street near the apartment.

Great VRBO- lots of living space, great kitchen and dining space. Beds were comfortable. Would have appreciated more seating in the living room, more paper products, a second fan for street noise, dish towels.

Remote Work & Escape from Alcatraz
Comfortable location. 25 minutes from most things. 2 blocks from Safeway & Small restaurants. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, modern kitchen, large dining.

Outstanding unit
The unit was impecable and had time to enjoy all its comforts and appliances. I stayed for a week and could have stayed longer without missing the comforts of home. Another positive is that it is walking distance from public transportation and groceries stores. The neighborhood is fine but lacking anything of interest and a bit far from major attractions. Street parking was difficult to find and sometimes I had to walk +10 min to find. Overall, I highly recommended the place for anyone looking for comfort.
