Dirty, strange host
This place needs to be taken off of the website. It was dirty and the host was not very welcoming or friendly. There was black mold on the walls and water damage on the ceiling. VRBO had to move us for safety reasons.

Spacious suite close to subway
I stayed for a month while starting a new job in Manhattan and enjoyed my time here. The suite is spacious, well maintained and has all the utensils and kitchenware needed for cooking. It is a short walk to the subway station and bus stops which makes the rest of the city accessible. It’s also generally pretty quiet for New York which is nice to unwind after busy days. I got along well with the other residents of the building and they offered suggestions for lots of the great small businesses in the area. All in all it’s a great intro to New York. Thanks John!

Amazing location!
I had a pleasant stay! John was easily reach but also, there was someone on-site to assist if needed. Location to subway to Manhattan was easily reachable. I had a pleasant stay!

Very nice and close to the subway.
Overall everything was nice and clean. The heaters worked really well. This apartment is on the second floor which came as a surprise. Getting used to all the noises out side took a little time. Totally recommend this place and would be willing to go back again as well.
