Beautiful!
The property was gorgeous! It was close enough to town if we needed something, but far enough that it was super peaceful. The only problem we had was no signal; when we were trying to get directions, we had to get close to town before our GPS would load. We made it work! Would definitely stay again!

Secluded Getaway
Amazing property!! I was very private and secluded, very clean, comfortable beds, loved the barn wood and decorations on the inside, had everything you needed! The hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus while enjoying the surrounding nature. Was close to our travels to Madison. We would highly recommend this place, and will definitely be going back in the future!!

Very nice stay during the Regatta
We had a wonderful time at the Regatta and staying in your cabin! The hot tub was great, as were the accommodations. Love the scenery and the minimalist decorations. Great location! We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels and lots of birds. Thank you!

Peaceful Retreat in the Country!!!
This is a great place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet and to get away from it all to unwind. From having everything provided including kitchenware, comfortable seating and bed, this is a no brainer place to come back to again and again. The hot tub and fire pit were a definite plus also. We will not hesitate to try and book here again when we are in the area. Thanks!

Nice & Simple Place for a Secluded Weekend
This was a nice place to stay while enjoying the nearby state park. The listing accurately describes what is available. Great placement of the hot tub with a view of the fire pit and surrounding woods. Be aware that while the TV has live channels through Roku, there is otherwise no Wi-Fi. We wished there was a full kitchen, but we were able to scramble eggs using the provided plug-in hot plate and small skillet. Overall would recommend!

Quiet, affordable, country getaway
We were incredibly pleased with the property. As regular travelers & bloggers, we chose to find a weekend getaway - far from the bustle of our normal hectic city life. The property was incredibly clean, cozy, quiet, and full of everything we wanted. The hot tub was operational and clean, the kitchen & grill had an ample supply of equipment for the two of us. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed the "glamping" option of the big screen tv with access to cable (since it was the final four!) The check-in process was super easy. For being out in the "sticks" it was just a few minutes away from convenience stores and a short drive to charming Madison, IN - right on the KY border. We would highly recommend this facility.

Beautiful Area
My one and only compliment was that the place was dirty with sawdust and debris on the floor and other tables. It was a beautiful area and house itself. Another thing is to bring your own firewood if you stay when it’s cold since it is not provided.
