Enjoy everything the beach has to offer when you stay at Mario Cottage, a three-story vacation home nestled in Destin’s Crystal Beach community. With sunny living space, breezy balconies, and a private pool and sundeck, this home radiates coastal relaxation. It has four bedrooms, three baths, and can accommodate twelve vacationers.
Upon arrival, the first thing you’ll see is the quintessential southern front porch furnished with outdoor chairs. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy an ice-cold lemonade or refreshing cocktail while chatting with your fellow vacationers. The home’s first-floor open great room greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Hardwood flooring extends throughout the space, and multiple large windows let in all the Florida sunshine. The living room boasts a plush, cream-colored wraparound couch that faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a decorative credenza. A hardwood coffee table rounds out the room. The adjacent dining table sits beneath two industrial-style chandeliers. Six elegant chairs surround the glass-topped table. You can find additional seating at the kitchen bar, where there are three wooden stools. The kitchen features large granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry.

Latte-toned walls, white furnishings, and ocean-inspired décor gives off a beachy vibe. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. A guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, a full/twin bunk, and access to a furnished balcony. This room utilizes a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the third-floor loft bedroom includes a king-size bed. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.
When not relaxing indoors, visitors will love lounging on the private sundeck or taking a refreshing swim in the pool. Great house but….
We stayed at this property for 5 days everything was good check in and the property was good when we arrived. On Sunday day 2 of staying there we got back from the beach around 7ish and headed straight to the pool well everything was good until we noticed the neighbor recording us. So just a heads up if u decided to rent out this property, that the neighbors on the left side will record you.

Mario Cottage
We understand that this property is under new ownership as of Feb 2023. We went in August 2023 and this home needs alot of TLC! The couch was so old and stained that you sunk to the floor when sitting on it. Someone "tried" to paint some of the rooms but the paint job was awful and needs to be finished. The roach traps in the kitch were disgusting. Please take better care of this property if you are going to rent it. Would not rent again.

The house, pool & location were nice. Dishes were sparse tho for a large group & couch cushions were wet on arrival. But overall for the price we'd stay there again.

Great property in a great neighborhood
We had a blast at this house. Plenty of space for all 12 of us. The pool was awesome and location was awesome. The property managers were very friendly and great with communication

Very clean and nice
We loved that there was a pool for the littles that didn't want to stay at the beach all day. there was plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of room for all to gather. It had all of the necessities convenient and like home.

Family Trip
Nice house in a good neighborhood. Pool was nice to have for a break from the beach. We rented a golf cart which was very helpful. The closest public beach access is very crowded, so we drove to Grayton one day and really enjoyed that area.
