Rental
So the house is great as a VRBO. Plenty of room and great location with regard to Raymond James stadium. Having said all that the house needs the owner caretaker or management team to take 2 days and actually put some TLC back into this place. Light bulbs flickering, shades falling off Windows toilet seats not screwed in and sliding all over on toilet, towel racks coming out of walls,3 remotes for TV’s took 2 days to figure out how to work. And we are in the IT field. Can’t imagine what someone not tech savvy would have done. Didn’t even need one remote that was there. Something a little directions card could solve. It’s was just a ton of little things that if the owner actually cared it would go from a strong 3 to an automatic 5. We use rental properties a lot. We have never been told we can’t check out one hour later if the property isn’t being booked right after. It wasn’t and they wanted to charge us for the one hour and extra 50.00. So they would rather make 50.00 than when we come to Tampa in the future for a week at a time have us pay $1500.00 lol. Step over a dollar to pick up a dime. Nice place, but keep looking plenty of owners that care for the same money.

Great location but need attention to Details
This property was in a great location, the layout and size of rooms were comfortable, cozy outdoor area and good size garage. We were there for UT graduation so we had 8 family members stay. The property really only holds 8 comfortably. The property needed a good cleaning and a good handyman. Looks like there might have been a bachelorette party there due to the type of confetti that was all over the patio. The area rugs were disgusting with many stains and should have been removed before our visit. The toilet paper holders were pulling out of the walls, microwave did not work so they had a small dorm size one on the counter and there was something spilled on the ceiling in the family room. The TV remote had 1 battery (needed 2) so that didn't work the first day then we purchased new batteries the the TV was very difficult to work. This VRBO could be a 5 pretty easily but need some attention to details to get it there.

So, the check in process was simple. When we opened the door the place smelled like cigarettes which I found highly disgusting . On the fridge it states “ no parties”. This property was in the shape as if a frat party just took place the night before. In one of the bedrooms we found a fake eyelash in the sheets. This led us to believe the sheets were never washed. Floors were sticky the bathrooms smelt like sewage. Overall I’d steer clear or renting this space.

Great location
Great owners and perfect location. Only issues was there was a garage door opener, so someone had to get out, walk through the house to open the door. It rained a few times during our trip. It would have been convenient to just open the garage door and everyone stay dry.

Great Location for UT
The property was very nice and very well decorated. I’m not 100% sure it had been thoroughly cleaned, as there were dirty towels and the dishwasher had dishes in it. The mattresses were also not very comfortable. Location was great! We weren’t bothered at all by the noise on the streets! We’d stay again!
