Charming property, good location
While the neighborhood is going through some transformation, the property is an idyllic oasis. Not far from any destination in Nashville with great amenities; full kitchen, aesthetically pleasing bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy sitting area, etc... Lovely backyard with pleasant foliage the attracts cheery birds. Nice to have a little parking spot in the secluded alleyway

Very cute place
The property is a guest house, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Communication was good and it’s close to Broadway activities but take an Uber instead of walking. Nashville is a fun place to visit! We would book this place again.

Our Cute & Calming Stay
Crystal was very accommodating letting us in a little early before check in so we were able to make our dinner rehearsal on time. The stay was very calming with the room set up and having the sauna was definitely needed for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we were near everything. The added security they offer was very assuring as well (Multiple locks, cameras and door codes). Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Crystal was a very communicative and thoughtful host! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. We had a great couple of days staying here. Would recommend!

Nashville Getaway
Crystal was an excellent host, I booked her place for my parents to stay while they traveled for their Anniversary. The location was perfect, clean, private, and Crystal was excellent at communicating. 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area!

Great guest cottage
We enjoyed our stay in Crystal”s guest cottage. She thought of everything. We arrived in a heavy rainstorm. We enjoyed the sauna that night. Very close drive to downtown area. Crystal was very responsive when we contacted her. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom & walk-in shower. Everything was very clean. Thank you!!!

Great stay
I stayed here with 2 coworkers/friends. We had an excellent stay just about 15 mins outside of Broadway! Crystal was great with communication and the place was beautiful

Amazing spot and amazing host!
Crystal was so sweet! We loved staying in her place, it is cute and renovated! Definitely would like to stay here again when we come back to Nashville!
