- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost, which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $25 – covers $500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.

Holiday in Nashville
This loft was amazing! Great location in regards to restaurants and nearby family without getting on interstate. Very clean, safe and well decorated. Neighbors were loud throughout the night on night 1, but ended up not being an issue after that. To be expected during a holiday. Parking spaces were tight but available as listed. Our family consists of 2 adults and 2 young kids. Kids were well situated on the sofa bed setup that’s a detached base with comfortable mattress, with their own tv. 2 adults have privacy behind large sliding doors in the bedroom with tv. Would’ve liked to have more than 2 sets of towels for a 4 person accommodation. Luckily, we travelled with water park towels that the kids used. Washer and dryer were clutch, along with plenty of provided toiletries, dish soap, laundry pods, bags, etc. Already planning our next visit at this location.

Nashville vacation
We loved our stay at this property! It was beautiful, comfortable, and so conveniently located to all the sites. We were even able to walk to a few. Loved the parking convenience, all the amenities were very helpful. I’d highly recommend it.

The only issue was the drainage in the shower. Had to stop shower multiple times due to slow drainage. Even the plunger did not seem to work. Did not have time to notify manager due to work conference schedule. Also no additional kitchen spices as offered in other VRBO.

Great apartment with upscale decor, large rooms, large bathroom, and stocked kitchen. Awesome place to stay while my husband and i were visiting our son for the weekend. We enjoyed it!

Spring Break
We enjoyed this rental, and the property manager was really quick about getting back to us. The property was clean with no major issues. I would have liked some basic spices to cook with and more than one pan. Also, the directions on clean up before we left weren't visible on the app. Otherwise, we were very happy.
