BRAND NEW Apartment with all the comfort that you need to feel at home, a PERFECT STAYCATION for family and friends. Our well-designed Studio mixes natural wood and stone with organic textures, along with state-of-the-art technology.
The Studio offers a stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave, dishes, one coffee maker, and a toaster . Spacious bedroom with a hairdryer, one iron/ironing board, and TVs.
Walking distance to numerous highly-rated Restaurants, Broadwalk, and Playground. Rooftop Infinity Pool and Lounge Area offer amazing ocean and Intracoastal views.
Fully furnished, ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, modern-style designer fixtures, and faucets.

Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Boardwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.
Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.
Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.
Getting Around:
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):
There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):
Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
Other Things to Note:
●Registration fee: $50 (one time only).
●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $40 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St ).
●Pack and Play Crib available upon request.
●We are a pet-friendly property.
The condo has a 25 lbs restriction ( Doesn’t apply to ESA).
Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)
● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property
●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.
However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.

Hotel was nice. Great location. Nice rooftop pool area. Music on pool deck could be changed day to day. Room was okay. Bed and pillow comfortable. Need fresh coat of paint and some artwork on the walls. Also a couch or armchair could be added for something to sit on instead of bed. Overall would stay again.

Roof Pool/Bar was Amazing
All in all, a really nice place. I was a little surprised with the resort fee's upon arrival (I could of missed the fine print when booking). Valet service was excellent. The 7th floor roof lounge was amazing and very relaxing. We had a few issues with our room, but they responded quickly and took care of our needs. The room that we stayed in was nice but could use a fresh coat of paint but we weren't there to stare at the walls. We would go back again.

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay - the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We didn’t book an Oceanside room, but still had a great view of the Intercoastal. Clean property, polite staff and a GREAT rooftop pool/bar area.

This is such a great location. You dont need a car. The condo itself is great with a beautiful view of the intercoastal. Only issue was check in. Other than that, the property, the roof deck, beach, boardwalk, and location os perfect!
