10/10! No complaints! Paul, the homeowner, greeted us as we arrived and gave us a little tour of the space before leaving us to our own devices. My husband and I brought our two friends in from LA and we wanted to show them a good time! We were originally concerned it would feel tight with 4, but it was actually perfect. Close to the harbor, private, spacious and a sexy outdoor shower with suspiciously great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10! See you again soon, Paul!

Splendid! This 1-bedroom in the Pines was perfect for me, and the host, Paul, is a great guy. Great location--just a two-minute walk to the beach. And about a five-minute walk to the harbor. That's close enough to be convenient, and far enough to avoid any thump-thumping of music from the dance club.

Great location, great space! Centrally located, clean and great patio spaces. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. We loved the space — perfect for a couple and our dog. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place and hosts! This was the perfect spot for our friend reunion. Paul is a very attentive and responsive host and having him on site is a huge bonus. The place was a great fit for us and is just a block from the beach and a few blocks from the ferry. The outdoor shower was an absolute highlight for us. We will definitely be back, and next time we may stay in Paul's second-floor space which is even more amazing than the first floor.

A perfect Pines gem This is just a perfect little landing pad, nice and close to the harbor. Couldn't have been happier. We will absolutely be back.
