Beautifully remodeled studio apartment in a daylight basement with private entrance and mudroom - on a quiet cul-de-sac in Eagle River.

Apartment has been completely remodeled and features a large kitchen with granite countertops, custom shower, granite bathroom vanity, all brand new, full size, stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, above the range microwave, and a washer/dryer all-in-one.

There is a private entrance to the apartment with a good size mudroom. Living space is open concept with great natural light and beautiful views of Cook Inlet and Sleeping Lady. The studio is furnished with a brand new Serta Queen size bed, a love seat, and small dining table.

Close & Comfy The property was as described. The host was very prompt and friendly in answering any questions we had. There was a great view from the front windows. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and basics like tea and coffee were there for use. Host even offered us her covered parking when she was out of town. We loved it!

Beautiful view We had a wonderful stay at Amy's property. It was ideally located to explore both Anchorage and the surrounding area. Eagle River is a lovely little community and the view was spectacular. The unit was well-appointed with everything we needed for our 16-day stay.

Awesome place This place is awesome and the owner is even more awesome. I loved this place outside of Anchorage so much I almost didn't leave a review for fear it will always be booked to be totally honest 😂. But then I wouldn't have left a review for the awesome owner of this place. My son jumped on the trampoline and played with the dog the whole time and it was great. Will be booking in the future!

Stay at Eagle River We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Amy was very accommodating and she is a great communicator! It is very clean and had an updated kitchen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
