About this Condo
Hoyochi Nikko 202 is a two bedroom unit boasts a master bedroom on the main level with a king-size bed and a spiral staircase that leads you to a large lofted second bedroom with a queen-size bed. I This unit is tastefully decorated throughout with many custom features. High vaulted ceilings make for added space and enjoyment for the living room and loft. There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom. All units are fully equipped with Cable TV, washer/dryer, hair dryer, furnished kitchens and WI-FI Internet Access.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!
We are centrally located in West Maui, 10 minutes North of Lahaina and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

NOTE:Covered Parking: Our assigned parking spot is under the building with only a 5'7" clearance. VANS, JEEPS, SUVS will not fit in our parking spot. Full size cars or smaller are required.

Great stay for family of four
We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront location. Great views and quiet property. The unit was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. Rental company was responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Beautiful
The property was stunning! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. My one disappointment was the lack of beach, but the sea turtles made up for it! The loft was to hot to sleep in even with fans, we utilized the hide-a-bed and the main bedroom downstairs instead of using the loft. We would go back for sure, but this time we know what to expect.

Picture Perfect View
This property was true to the pictures and very quiet. The grounds were spectacularly manicured and very clean. The sunsets were postcard perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee cups, utensils, towels and beach towels. It was the perfect view to start the day with coffee on the balcony and end the day unwinding with the sunset.

Loved the beach and pool
Overall the condo was very comfortable and the views were amazing. My only slight complaints about the condo are that the parking garage is very tight with 5’7” ceiling so no big cars, the loft was very hot but they provided lots of fans, and there were a lot of the little fruit flies in the unit. Other than that we were very comfortable and spent most of our time outdoors. I loved the pool and lounge area behind the condo and the small beach with great snorkeling just offshore. Would definitely stay again.

Great Maui vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Hoyochi Nikko. Unit is clean but dated, property management is attentive, and overall property is amazing. We would stay here again!
