Perfect location!
We were there for a work convention and wanted to relax after a long day of being on our feet. It was an easy drive to Mandalay Convention Center. My husband used the master bath and I took over the spare bathroom since the counter was much larger. It worked out great. We didn't do much cooking this time but the kitchen seemed to have everything we could need. Living room furniture was comfortable. Bed was comfy. Took us a minute to locate the unit but once we did..parking right in the front close to the office was easiest. Could see car from living room across the pool. Would stay again!

Reviews on cleanliness are true!
No joke, this property is CLEAN. And I looked everywhere because we wipe every surface upon arrival anyway. Not a speck of dust, grime or a strand of hair, even on the floors; towels and sheets are perfectly fresh, extra blankets too. To top it off, all essentials have been thoughtfully provided and the host was so nice to accommodate our early arrival. Will ABSOLUTELY come back. The location was super convenient for a quick 5 min drive to the strip, neighbors were quiet. Patio with comfy chairs is a bonus.

Convenient & pretty grounds
Loved convenient location to strip, had everything you’d need, and bedding/linens were nice and clean. Couches were comfortable. Love the patio and beautiful pool views. Didn’t use washer and dryer but handy! Liked that security checked you in. Would rent again. Thanks for great communication and ease of access.

Great sweet pad
My friends and I came back from a weekend of camping and it was nice for us to come to a place with beds and showers. Very comforting. We slept well and temperature was immaculate. Thank you!

Amazing condo in Las Vegas
We are a family of three and stayed at Carrie’s condo for 9 nights. Her place is immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly need in a home away from home. From laundry detergent to coffee, soap, shampoo, a fully stocked kitchen etc. it made it very easy to move right in and start vacation immediately! The beds are super comfortable and there spare blankets and pillows available. We loved the keyless entry, as well as the pool and hot tub. The location is very close to the strip, but also far enough away that it’s quiet. Carrie is a super responsive and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay off the strip
This is a wonderful spot if you're looking to be off the strip a bit and have convenience. The place is better in person than the photos in my opinion. The grounds are clean and the gym was perfect to get a little workout in in the mornings. I would stay here again. Carrie was easy to communicate with and the check-in/out were super easy. I like that the community is gated and quiet. It was great for 2 couples!

Easy, quiet stay
This is the second time I have stayed in this complex, but first at this property. I love staying here because it's relatively quiet, but still fairly close to the strip. Plus the pool is great. This property was better than the last one. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
