Beautiful 1 bedroom dwelling in the Heart of Downtown Redding. Come enjoy this wonderfully designed space featuring all the amenities you would need including a portable hot plate, free coffee, a queen bed and a pull out sofa. This is a must stay for enjoying all Redding has to offer. Close to it all! You can even bring your dog with you. Less than a five minute walk to the Food Truck Park where the night life comes alive. Free first come first serve on site parking.

Great Apartment! Cozy apartment, nice amenities. Walking distance to shopping/restaurants, easy access to freeways. Very quiet, makes for a wonderful nights sleep.

Gem of a place! This was such a nice apartment! So close to the downtown area and the food trucks! The apartment had everything we needed to stay for a couple of days. I would say that it’s perfect if don’t have a lot with you. There were four of us and we had been traveling for a week, so we had a lot of “stuff”. Also, just note that the train station is right there. Really, a gem of a place! Stay. You will love it!

Quick visit to Redding We found this home very centrally located for a quick trip to Redding to visit our son. We spent most of our time in the mountains but enjoyed the respite this well appointed apartment provided. Thank you!
