About this House

Completely renovated 3 bed 1 bath with enough space to securely park multiple cars including RV inside metal fence. It sits in Tower District, a popular residential area close to dining and shopping for locals. It takes less than 5 minutes to all major highways, R99, R 41, R180, 10 minutes to Fresno downtown and 15 minutes to Airport. It is equipped with new appliances, new furniture, WiFi, Cable TV, etc. to warrant a comfortable and convenient stay for both private and business purposes.
Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are install outside. One is on the front showing the entrance and the entrance gate area. The other shows the back yard and the entrance area to the utility room. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

Excellent Property, Excellent Host We've stayed with this host's properties in the area before, and it has always been a good experience. This house is well-appointed and in a good neighborhood, close to a park and zoo.

Navy Pinning Ceremony Easy access to the Airport and surrounding areas. Very convenient. Although we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside the property except for sleep, the temperature inside the house was toasty. Extra charges for setting the temperature below 75 degrees which was not good during sleeping hours.

Cute home in old Fresno neighborhood. This home was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay for a few days while we were having work done on our home. Pet friendly as we needed to bring the cat! I recommend this home and this host!

Middle of the road home The accommodations were decored nicely, the beds were comfortable.The backroom does tend to get a lot warmer than the rest of the home and we were unable to adjust the home temperature so make sure to turn the fan on immediately to cool down that area after a night everything was about the same temperature. The front yard has some over growth and overall unmanicured lawn areas which made it difficult for my low to the ground pup to use but we managed. Overall a good experince and we all felt Clean and Safe.
