This house is full of Character and Charm! Centrally located within walking distance of Cowley College and minutes from great restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the kid's room has bunk beds! All bedrooms are upstairs and 2 of the bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful patio. Living room has leather sofa recliners, kitchen is fully equipped, and washer and dryer available in laundry room.

Spacious home away from home Here for a wedding and this is the place we needed, to get away from the crowds and noise. We ate, spread out, and relaxed.

Great house Great house with lots of room and well stocked. We had a family thanksgiving dinner there and it worked perfect. We will be back when visiting Ark City

Nice furnishings The inside of the house was very nice. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. There was a park nearby that had an old train steam engine that was a hit with my husband.

In town for a rabbit show Great place to stay instead of a hotel. Super nice and clean and plenty of room for everyone. Will defiantly stay here again for the next rabbit show

Cosy, country house We really enjoyed our stay. It had plenty of room for us, it was very clean, loved sitting on the porch and balcony. Just can not say enough about how nice it was to stay in such a lovely house.

Family from Nebraska Family came in from Nebraska for a wedding. Absolutely loved their stay. Plenty a room for their children. Very clean , everything you would need. Would highly recommend.
