Inviting, peaceful, comforting, relaxing. Safe, family neighborhood close to 27th & Highway 2 with stores and restaurants nearby. 10 minute drive to downtown Lincoln. Brand new queen size mattress and bed in master bedroom and full size futon/sofa in the 2nd bedroom. Pull out chair sleeper in living room. No cleaning fee.
The space
Cozy, sunlit, simple house built in the mid century. Hardwood floors throughout and upright piano in living room . The master bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress & frame.
Lincoln 3912 is a one level house, with slightly vaulted ceilings throughout. TV is in 2nd bedroom which has 2 twin-size sleeper (sofa sleeper, twin-size chair sleeper).
The TV is 26-inch, NOT A SMART TV, NO CABLE only local channels VCR and an DVD (plays only older formatted DVD’s). There is Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, automatic drip coffee maker. Bathroom has bathtub with shower. Central air conditioner makes a noise when it pops on automatically, which is normal but is more audible since the unit close proximity to other rooms. Patio in backyard with chaise lounge, patio table with chairs, raised garden bed and large oak tree producing acorns which, when the wind blows, may make a loud noise when they fall on the roof over the master bedroom. One stall car attached garage and easement next to driveway for additional parking.
Lincoln 3912 is over 65 years old with original windows. Lincoln 3912 strives to provide an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for 2 guests and includes an additional bed in the TV room and a fold-out twin sofa-chair sleeper to accommodate 2+ additional guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire house and attached garage.
Other things to note
-Adult guests must be 21 years of age or older.
-Paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels as well as other consumable amenities are not replaced beyond the first 2 days.
-There is only one TV in the 2nd bedroom. It is NOT A SMART TV and I do not have cable.
-I do not charge a cleaning fee. Guests must leave the place as it was found. I have a departure checklist which includes cleaning up and putting away dishes and tidying up. Please allow time to observe the departure checklist before checking out.
-If anything is not working or the place is not satisfactory in any way when you arrive or during your stay, please let me know as soon as possible so I can help take care of the situation.

Weekend getaway
This was a perfect place for a surprise weekend away with my teenage son. Great location. Great neighborhood with access to walking paths. The house was just as presented and perfect for our needs.

Close to National Artistic Skating Venue
We enjoyed staying at this cute house. House was represented correctly online however most of the furnishings were old and mismatched. Kitchen has most items needed to cook but not well appointed. 2nd bedroom just has futon and only TV in the house. It was just 8 minutes from where we needed to be and in a nice neighborhood.

Great Stay
I had a very enjoyable stay in this peaceful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely furnished and fully equipped. Lisa is a very accessible, responsive host. Close to both S 27th and Highway 2 for both easy downtown and area access.
