About this House
Summary:
Welcome to your home away from home in central Fargo! With two queen beds, an updated kitchen, and two bedrooms, you'll have all you need to make your stay in Fargo comfortable and relaxing.
The Space:
This is the upstairs unit of a house that's been converted into a twinhome with Unit A on the main floor and Unit B on in the basement. Each apartment has its own private entrance. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, both on the main floor of the house (just 5 stairs up into the house). There's a full kitchen with brand new cabinetry, a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms and a living room with a giant smart TV an a working gas fireplace. The open concept Kitchen, dining room, living room is great for hosting friends and family.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire Unit A during their stay with the exception of a small locked storage room. The driveway is shared with Unit B. You each will have one space in the driveway along with free street parking directly in front of the house.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is mostly single family homes with a couple twin homes here and there. We're located two blocks south of Main Ave so you'll have easy access to downtown, Drekker's Brewhalla, and more.
Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car for getting around Fargo. There is also a city bus system (matbus) that can be used, but the closest stop to this house is three blocks away.
Interaction with Guests:
Your host, Noah, is available via message before, during, and after your stay. Unless it is an emergency, please message through the platform you booked on.

Reviews indicate that this property is nicely remodeled, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a spacious interior and comfortable beds. The host is noted for being quick to respond and making the check-in and check-out process easy. However, some guests mentioned that the exterior of the house and the yard could use better maintenance, and the lack of adequate window coverings in the living areas and bedrooms was a concern for privacy. Overall, the property is centrally located and convenient for getting around town, making it a generally positive choice for visitors.

Nice listing but overall disappointed
The interior of the property was very nice, tastefully decorated and very spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. The exterior of the house needs to be cleaned up to match the quality of the interior. There were no window coverings in the living room or kitchen which was very uncomfortable once it got dark outside. The window coverings in the bedrooms were to small and with the house next door close enough to see in, it was also very uncomfortable. We were up visiting until late and witnessed a very, very large spider walk across the kitchen floor. Needless to stay it freaked us out and we ended up leaving at 2:00 a.m. We never slept in the beds so cannot comment on that.

Enjoyed stay in Fargo
Very nice and clean, centrally located. Easy to get anywhere in town. Only downside was yard, very weedy and needed a mowing.
