This property was perfect for us. Communicating with property manager was great. Home was beautiful. Very clean, very comfortable. This home felt safe, and is in the perfect location. Looking forward to hopefully staying again! Thankyou!

Absolutely no
This place is false advertising at its best. The place was dirty and nasty. Under the bed was just as dirty and i found a receipt dated for september. I got stuck cleaning before we could even use this place. We where here because their grandma is dieing we rushied up here to say our goodbye on christnas eve. At that. I got sick after cleaning the whole place and find myself cleaning somemore. And got told no more futher communications would be excpeted. Im floored that companies can even treat you this way i kept asling for a differnet place only to get the cold shoulder. Unexceptable. Pubs on the pillow case every towel was dirty already i mean nothing was right.

Awesome place
We were confused about the location but honestly the house was amazing. The previous people didn’t clean as well as they should have since they left some trash in the bathroom and under the beds but we loved the home. They provided us with everything we needed and honestly it was great for the price. We were about 5 mins from downtown Houston and everything worked very well. Security was good as well. I recommend staying here if traveling with a big family.

Food tour
The house was nice; exactly as advertised. We arrived early and was allowed to check in a couple of hours early. We had a issue with 1 of the bedroom doors being locked. The issue was resolved promptly. The house was stocked with little miscellaneous items. Beds were comfortable. My friend enjoyed a nice bath in the huge bathtub on the top level. The 3 levels gave eveyone room to spread out. Would recommended and would book again.

Auto thermostat cause the place to stay at 78F until about 11pm. Couldn’t adjust at all.

Spacious accommodation
The property looks as beautiful as the photos but they fail to mention the stairs. There are so many stairs. Overall the house was beautiful and in an awesome location. We'd definitely stay there again.
