About this Apartment

Absolutely adorable former photo studio, now a lovely vacation rental. Located in the hippest part of town – SOCO (South Congress) with great access to everything that's best about Austin--shopping, restaurants, bars, and major music events.

The studio is an absolute jewel, with round windows, a loft bedroom, and high ceilings downstairs. The space super light and airy, and a happy laid-back Austin vibe. Opens onto a screened porch. Entry through a garden walkway. A real pleasure to be in!

Sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably, 5 if you really like each other.

New bathroom and kitchen. Private entrance, gardens, deck with gas grill, round windows, new high efficiency heat and air, backs onto a creek for great privacy, in a sweet central neighborhood. Super cute hipster music decor.

Awesome As Always Love this place! This was our 2nd time to stay here & we will definitely be going back. Great accommodations & location. Love that it is dog friendly! Host is amazing!

Perfect Location; Interesting Floor Plan For the price point, you won't find a better location. South Congress is a block away, and the main shopping and dining on South Congress is a short scooter ride or drive up the road. Even so, the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. The unit's bathroom is upstairs, and those stairs are no joke. We were grateful to find a kid/pet friendly property, but I worried about both (and me) going up and down those stairs. Oh, the back patio is fantastic. The owner uses it frequently, but she was very nice.

Phenomenal place and host! Jana was an awesome host and the studio was perfect. Nice and clean, close to down town, and a great place to spend a weekend. I would highly recommend!

Texas wedding stay The guest is a unique, fun space in a great location with lots of great restaurants and coffee shops near by. Host Jana was awesome, she was right there to take off anything you needed. Thank you so much for being a great host!!

Amazing Home! I came to Austin with my three college roommates and stayed in Jana’s property and it was so perfect for us! In a great location near SoCo, extremely clean, and Jana made the check in process seamless. Our favorite moments were relaxing on the beautiful screened porch in the morning. Would definitely recommend!!

Clean, comfy and good location Great place to stay! The studio was clean and comfortable plus having a small yard was nice for the dogs.
