Property Reviews
At A Glance!
Reviews indicate that this property is highly praised for its cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and historical charm. Guests appreciated the easy check-in process and responsive communication from the host. The property is pet-friendly and located in a safe, culturally diverse neighborhood close to downtown attractions. However, some guests noted the absence of a washer and dryer on-site and issues with the water heater and floor cleanliness. Overall, the sentiment is very positive, with guests enjoying their stay and expressing a desire to return.
Dallas Christmas This was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. The check in process was simple and Catherine was very easy to get a hold of. The listing does say there is a washer and dryer on the property but there is not. When I contacted the Catherine she was able to let us use another property to do laundry which was awesome, but this was a bit of an hassle. Other than that this was a very cute historic home with great spaces for our family of 4.

Cute & comfy! The host replies quick and the check-in process was simple. Also a super cute and comfortable home. This was a great choice for my partner and I’s little weekend getaway!

Nice house. Good communication from property manager. Overall we liked the house. The kitchen was very functional. The beds were comfortable. The hair dryer was missing but the manager was very helpful. There is only one tv in the living room but none in bedrooms. My boyfriend and I can't sleep without a tv on so just moved it into yhe bedroom while we were there. The only issue we had was the water heater was not working. The shower and faucets on full hot was barely warm. I marked down a little on cleanliness because the floors need a good mopping. If you walk barefoot your feet turn brown. They were swept but they really need a good mopping. Overall it is a really nice place to stay.

Simply elegant This beautiful historic home was breathtaking. The renovation and decor was the most elegant mix of modern convenience without taking away from the historical beauty of the property. Located in a safe culturally diverse neighborhood, close to downtown and many of the attractions. Very pet friendly property, with a privacy fence in the back yard. The property was spotless and well managed.
