Nice place to stay
Everything was great. Only tiny thing I would say was annoying was how long it took the doorman to write down all 4 of our ID information. That doesn't detract from how nice the stay was for my party and I though.

Not what we had anticipated
We originally booked this stay to be close to USC for our daughter's graduation. We had booked for 3 adults and never imagined we would not be able to have our graduating daughter and her boyfriend just over to visit. Upon arrival, we learned that our daughter could not come over until 24 hrs after her ID was submitted, and her boyfriend could not come at all, because only 4 people total are allowed in the unit, period. Even though the document explaining the "rules" of the building stated that 5 people were allowed. This is not a VRBO friendly building. The front desk people seemed annoyed to be dealing with VRBO renters and our questions, and would not allow access to a luggage cart to bring our luggage up. In the unit, the sign clearly reads "please return the parking pass before you leave", however, when asked, the host told us there were "plenty of parking garages on Broadway", and we had to pay a flat rate of $15 every time we left the parking garage- we ended up spending upwards of $45 per day just to park, when clearly it seems that a parking pass should or could have been included. Also, there were only a few towels available for 3 people for 4 nights. I didn't plan on having to do laundry on my vacation. There is not a hanger in the place, nor a closet, so ironing/steaming/hanging clothes was not even possible. For the cost of this place it is severely lacking. Cheap toilet paper, paper towels etc. and literally no where adequate for pets to "do their business"

Great location, cozy spot
Mercedes made the whole process really simple. I don't know what the parking situation is because I didn't rent a car, but conveniently there is a bus stop literally across the street from the condo. I took the bus to Little Tokyo, WeHo, Santa Monica, etc - some of which were long trips, but were invaluable for someone traveling without a car. One thing that I think isn't really shown with the listing is that there is a gap in the wall for the bedroom, so it's not complete sealed off - you will hear honking and sirens from outside without much muffling. As someone who enjoys cooking, and was taking an extended stay in DTLA, I got by with the kitchen equipment provided, but it wasn't ideal and made me miss home. But it was still more than I expected, and I doubt most people would be cooking for themselves while staying downtown anyways considering all of the food options even within walking distance.

Great spot to land for a west coast move
I had just been laid off and was doing a coastal move so it was nice to stay so where with a gorgeous roof deck, beautiful view, and a loft style place that made me feel at home. Only issue was parking - I used the lot next door but it’s $30-$45 a day and be prepared for extroverted homeless people - as a solo business traveler with experience I’m fine but may scare those with less street smarts.

Anniversary trip
Loved our stay. Super clean, spacious and conveniently located. Host was a grear communicator and even left some nice guest treats and refreshments on thebkitchen counter that we appreciated. Only downside for us that we wish we wouls have known or asked is that the rental does not come with any parking and its turns out its pretty expensive to park in the available parking garages. Also, there is no closet to hang your clothes. Over all, it was a very positive experience!

Great Host
Great communication with host who promptly handled all questions. If you have any, guess they need to be registered 24 to 48 hours in advance. I had her friend come pick us up to go to dinner and he couldn’t come upstairs. I understand the policy from a security standpoint. Be proactive if anyone might be coming over.

The property was exactly like the pictures, absolutely beautiful!!
Very easy experience. I would definitely stay here again. The rooftop pool was great too. I enjoyed it almost every day of my stay. The snacks and wine were a very nice touch. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was perfect
Beautiful view and apartment …everything is picture perfect .. parking was extremely high other than that we had a wonderful time
