About this Condo
Welcome to Texas tropical paradise.
This nicely redecorated 2nd floor 1BR 1 bath condo with a beachfront balcony is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time at South Padre. From the balcony you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. We have a 50" TV & Blu-ray for you to watch your movies, Netflix & Spectrum cable with Showtime. A queen sofa sleeper and a full roll away hidden in a cabinet in the living area will each sleep two comfortably. The kitchen is supplied with all the things you need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll sleep well on the new king bed with comfy cotton sheets. There is a 40" TV & DVD in the bedroom. The condo is stocked with lots of towels and even beach towels.
To help you pack light we furnish beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a small ice chest to take to the beach. We want you to have everything to enjoy your SPI beach vacation! The beach is a short walk through the pool area and across the boardwalk. We have a shower station for you upon your return from the beach. You can rinse off, rinse off your beach equipment and have it ready to go for your next beach day.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 6 guests.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

Girls getaway
Clean, spacious, beautiful view from balcony of sunrises and beach with short walk to the beach. Condo is perfect place for couple days in SPI. We will definitely book again. 5/5

Perfect.
Short and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise over the water every morning. The condo was very clean and well appointed. My sister and I will definitely stay here again!

Beach retreat
Loved convenience to beach, view, close to restaurants and activities- owner provided beach equipment and towels—fold out couch in good condition and comfortable for sleeping along with nice bedroom- overall an excellent stay

Enjoyed the quick access to the beach
Great spot, a minute walk to the beach. Elevator was nice to have for carrying in and out from second floor. Nice space, good AC and comfortable bed. The cookware is pretty old and could use a replacement, handles loose on the pots and pans etc. Cramped kitchen area but not bad for one person at a time. I think my checkin email got caught by spam as it is not clear who it is coming from, so i had to reach out at check-in for the code. Comms were unanswered in the app so i needed to call last minute but the call was answered first time. Overall for the value at beachfront would stay again.
