About this Condo
Enjoy your private beachfront balcony without breaking the bank. This tropical second floor studio will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper. It is just a short walk through the gated pool area to the beach. 50" smart TV & Bluray, cable and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. The bathroom is well stocked with plenty of nice towels and beach towels. There is a walk in shower.. We supply a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for our guests to use.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

Cozy Condo
Loved the property and location. The condo is very clean and comfy. We always saw property staff cleaning and tending to the pool and hot tub. Which was such a relaxing way to end our day. Amazing close access to the beach. We will be definitely back!

Great little Gem

Great property
Wonderful view right on the beach, nice sized balcony. It was perfect for my husbands and my one year anniversary get-a-way. Quieter part of padre but close enough to the night life. Great price for what we got. Well stocked for a smaller space but it was perfect since we were barely in the room. Would definitely stay here again. The property manager was great to work with and even allowed us to check in early. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location with a great view. Only complaint was the balcony cleaning durning the week. I realize it needs to be done, and it wasn’t a big deal. Good R&R for my wife and I.
