This property is just a few steps away from the beach!! This two-bedroom Pacific Beach vacation rental condo is just one house away from Law St. beach. The beach has bathrooms and lifeguards on duty during the summer. You can even take surf lessons right outside your door. This property is also at the beginning of the boardwalk that goes along the coat for 3 miles down to the end of Mission Beach. Along the boardwalk you will find some shopping, restaurants, including the Wave House where you can watch people try to surf the artificial wave. Better yet, you can try it yourself. Also on the boardwalk, is Belmont Park, where there is the wooden rollercoaster and so much more entertainment for you to check out. Downtown San Diego is just 20 minutes away, and SeaWorld San Diego is just 4 miles away!! If you want to do some whale-watching, and shopping, or just explore the perse neighborhoods of La Jolla, just head north 2 miles.

With a front-facing window that looks out at the patio and glass-top table outside, the living room is sunny and inviting. There's a leather couch and chair for relaxing, a flatscreen TV where you can stream your favorite show, and two tall stools that face the kitchen bar.
This condo is small but has everything you'll need during your vacation with the full kitchen which has gorgeous marble countertops, a high table where you can eat a refreshing breakfast before you hit the beach for the day.
At night, the master bedroom's brightly covered queen-size bed is a perfect oasis, and you'll have full length mirrors covering the closet doors, and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. The other bedroom has two twin-size beds perfect for the kids or a couple of good friends to catch some shut-eye. There's one bathroom with a shower/tub combo that everyone can use to get the salt out of their hair after a day at the beach. With Wi-Fi, a gas grill in the front shared-space patio, and beach equipment available for your enjoyment, this home is ideal for any phase of your beach vacation.
With the incredible Pacific Ocean at your feet, there's tons of options to choose from as far as swimming, surfing, sailing, or anything water-related goes. Mission Bay and Mission Beach are only a few minutes' drive or bike ride, and Pacific Beach is only a few quick walk away.
All the incredible shopping, restaurants and fun nightlife of downtown San Diego are within a 20 minute drive, and the tourist-favorite Midway area and Columbia waterfront are about the same distance. SeaWorld San Diego is within biking distance, as well as La Jolla and many other parks! The house was in great location for beach. And easy walking to restaurants and ice cream. The grocery store was also nearby. Was everything needed for a fun get away.

Perfect location, very responsive!
We found this to be a fantastic location! Very close to the beach, extremely easy walk. Also loved that there was a garage available for us to park in, made it very convenient. Host was extremely responsive and took care of everything we had asked for. Would most definitely stay again!

Loved our stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal as the beach (and a few grocery stores) were close walking distance away. Megan and Tammie were extremely helpful and responsive when we had a couple minor issues with the condo. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which ensured a restful stay as well. Overall, we highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Great Beach Access
The location was excellent for the beach and boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and the space was good for 4 people. There weren't any frills, but it was exactly what we needed for an easy and comfortable stay.

Walk to the beach
We were allowed to check in a little early, which is always a bonus. We enjoyed the full amenities and the simple walk to the beach. There’s construction going ion next door but it was the weekend so it was quiet. The only con is the washing machine and dryer take FOREVER to wash and dry. Other than that everything was perfect.

Awesome location!
Was a great stay on pacific beach! We visited all of the top San Diego spots and most were within 20-25 min from the property in every direction! We found parking on the street all week but was nice to have a garage spot if needed for a busier week. Many dining/drinking options within walking distance from the apartment, and having the beach just steps away was awesome!

Great location-updates needed
The location was perfect! The size was small but fine for a small family. The space needs some updates though. The tub in the shower didn’t drain while showering and the toilet ran most of the time. I reached out to the property manager and she was quick to respond.
