* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Always Consistent
We have stayed in this unit several times and find it to always be consistently clean and welcoming, in addition to wonderful communication with the manager of the units. We will definitely stay again.

Nice view
The condo had fantastic view from balcony, was in great location, nice amenities, pools etc. there was a smell in unit, so housekeeping came to freshen the sink disposal. The unit only had a few drinking glasses and 2 forks so I called management. But housekeeping came with more bowls and plates which I didn’t need but didnt bring any forks or glasses. Also no furniture on balcony, I guess it is a condo rule or something

Girls Trip
We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is great and it is not too far from the strip. I enjoyed having the amenities of a hotel while the comfort and space of a condo. We did have some issues with one of the toilets, but since there was two it was fine. The instructions were clear and the property manager was helpful.

Great Place!!!
I travel to Vegas twice a year for business and I’ve stayed at a lot of different places in the past. This one hands-down is one of my favorites. I was very impressed. Definitely keep in this information on file for when I go back in six months.

Well worth it
Private and quiet, Minutes walk to the monorail. Priced similar to most hotels, the conveniences this place adds, far outweighs them like two bathrooms and a full kitchen as well as an actual bedroom and balcony. If you are staying at the MGM property or nearby, this would be the best way to go. Owner is very interested in making your stay as good as can be. Will definitely do it again.
