The homes defining feature is the historic great Oak tree which frames the home. For reasons only know to God this Oak’s growth was stunted and it never reached its full potential. But this made it the perfect Oak for the cottage. As both are small but cute. If it rains during your stay the oak tree just may show you it’s green ferns. The ferns literally cover it’s limbs. But only turn brilliant green after a deep nurturing rain. Old Town Magic ferns. That Cute Little Cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood one block from Main Street and four blocks from the Beachfront in Old Town Bay St. Louis. In minutes, you can be in the heart of Old Town for bars, restaurants, shopping and the Bay Harbor. Then easily soup back to your quiet little cottage. We have made every effort to afford you the best amenity any home can provide its guest. A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP 😴. We started with a quiet residential location with only one rather quiet neighor. Then we added black out curtains. A secure Thuma Brand bedframe-only in one room so far-with a highly rated Nectar Brand memory foam matress. We then wrapped this in a Slumber Cloud Core Matress Pad-which uses two layers of NASA designed themperature regulating technology. Its innovative design helps regulate your body termperature by absorbing heat when you’re too hot and releasing heat when your too cold. The second top layer provides an additonal temperature regulation to help create a relaxing sleep environment . We then test several luxury brands of sheets. Incluing Ferrite (cotton), Cozy House (bamboo), and Sheets and Giggles (eucalyptus). For us Sheets and Giggles is the winner. It will be our long term sheets going forward. Last we offer Coop Home Goods pillows which are consistanty the top rated across the web. We have the goal of perfecting the sleep experience for our guest but do realize no one system works for everyone. But we do try!!!
