Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the 600ft sandy beach of East Grand Traverse Bay with a natural wooded setting. This condo is ideal if you enjoy the cabin-style feel combined with comfort, but want to be in one of the best locations on the bay. Including a large patio to relax on with the sound of a flowing stream. Two Flat screen TVs (cable included) in bedroom and family areas. Full bath with vanity area. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, and coffee maker. This beautiful condo, bright and spacious, sits on Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground-floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72.
Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there.
There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.
You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌

Family Time
It was great for the 4 of us. Close to the beautiful beach. The boat, jet ski, paddle board rental was perfect for our teens. Very enjoyable!!

Inside was clean and very functional. Outside property had no lights on. Very difficult to navigate outside stairs to rental. Parking lot was hard to find in the dark.

This was property was not clean at all.
Terrible experience from early time of early check in. Property was not clean upon arrival, I left for 3 hours and upon returning property was stil not cleaned. At this point I took it upon myself and cleaned facility as well as purchased clean towels, bed sheets, etc. Eventually house keeping arrived however property had been cleaned by myself. Disappointing news was that housecleaning said she never received notification of the uncleaned property til late afternoon, sooo, that said I would assume a communication problem with property management and housecleaning.

Great Place!!
The unit was very clean and cozy. About the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in!!!!! The unit had a washer and dryer to boot. Loved it!
