This apartment at Residence at CityWay Apartments presents a well-equipped living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient island with barstools, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open living area featuring a Roku TV and lightning-fast WiFi. It boasts two comfortable workspaces, two master suites with smart TVs, a second full bath with a walk-in shower, and the flexibility of a couch with either a floor or air mattress for additional guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The added bonus is the inclusion of a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage, saving you from costly parking fees. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).
Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Great Place
Very nice, safe, great access to downtown, clean, quiet. There is a CVS right across the street and a Whole Foods grocery store is a 14 minute walk, coffee shop 10 minute walk, restaurants close. I loved that free parking comes along with the rental. There are two fitness centers you can use with good equipment. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was better than expected. The only issue was with the key cafe used to pick up the keys. The little door didn't open after i entered the code. It took a while to get a response but the key cafe help chat was able to reset the code. Property management didnt respond unil after we were in the building. It was about midnight so we understand their delay, but it was frustrating not to be able to get in.

Downtown Indy
We were in town for a swim meet at IUPUI. This was a great place to stay. Close to venue and lots of food. Apartment was nice and we had plenty of room. Definitely would stay here again! Check in and check out were smooth.

Was a wonderful apartment. Extra parking would be helpful, public parking is VERY expensive. An extra door fob would be nice too.

Work and family
Nice apartment and was a great option for a long work week with the family. Was more than I expected as far as being pet friendly and the cleaning crew I was able to chat with on the day we left and they were the coolest, super nice and so cool to talk to. I'd probably go back again just because of how cool they were.
