About this House

Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). Great Vacation! My family and I had a perfect week in Destin! The condo was in a perfect location where everything we needed and wanted to do was just minutes away and the view was awesome. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend! Thanks again David!
