A rejuvenating Alabama retreat awaits you at this outstanding 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condo located in sunny Orange Beach, AL! Whether you are traveling with friends or family, Phoenix I 1051 is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway!
You will instantly feel at home when you walk into this spacious condo, boasting 1350 square feet of comfort and convenience for you to enjoy. Thoughtfully appointed décor and amenities are found throughout this charming unit on the 5th floor. The master suite houses a cozy king bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings and beach gear. Exclusive access to the master bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo is another perk of the master bedroom. Down the hall, you will find a bright guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. Another guest bedroom can also be found down the hall just past the laundry closet, with a plush queen bed and flat screen tv. Both guest bedrooms have generous space for your belongings in the dressers and closets. The second full sized bathroom is located at the end of the hall before the living area and features another tub/shower combo and large mirror.
Coming out of the hall, you will see the dining area and a 6-chair dining table set waiting for you to share a yummy meal with your traveling companions! The fully stocked kitchen is loaded with everything the group chef might desire for cooking up a scrumptious dinner, including stainless steel appliances. Love Coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. A counter height bar pides the kitchen and living area as well as provides space for 4 bar stools, allowing for a total of 10 to dine together. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping space and a cozy place to lounge as you watch the flat screen TV or surf on the Wi-Fi! When the day finally winds down to a close, step out onto the private balcony and enjoy cool drinks or a warm cup of coffee as you reflect on the memories you have created. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. We enjoyed our stay! It is convenient to everything. The condo is beautiful and the views were like no other. Property management were easy to work with! We will definitely book here again! We are already missing it!

Spring break
This condo is extremely roomy and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with my husband and I, our 15 year old daughter, and my 26 yr old daughter and her husband and my 1.5 yr old grandson. It was stocked well for necessities as far as cooking and such. Would definitely stay there again. When I contacted the property manager they promptly responded.

Great condo and location
Check-in was easy with a door code and condo was even nicer than expected. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The view was nice and the pool was spacious. We went during an extremely busy time in July so pools and beach were really crowded. There are tons of kids, which was a bit overwhelming during the day and made it tough to enjoy at times (loud, screaming kids for most of the day). The lobby is small and dated and the elevators (only two) always had a long wait. The open parking lot is better than a parking garage, but it got backed up when there were folks loading/unloading at the front door. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the unit worked well for us.

Overall satisfied with the Condo
Condo was nice. A little outdated, but that was the whole building in itself. Bathrooms in condo are very small. Carpet in bedrooms could use replaced. Had to get some air fresheners to mask some of the musky smell. But it was overall a nice place and our family definitely enjoyed the stay. Easy access to beach. Elevators were not terrible either. Nice pool and splash pad for children. Hope this helps your decision.

A little dated, but enjoyed the stay.
They said they would fix the broken bedroom door. They swapped out the molded coffee pot. The beach chairs in the balcony closet were rusted and mildewed. Other than that, it was fine.

Condo has all the basics, the appliance's all worked well. The carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be cleaned or replaced.
