This charming, comfortable condo unit provides you with 763 square feet of convenience and relaxation located in the heart of Orange Beach near some of the best shopping, dining, entertainment, family friendly activities and attractions on the island. The condo can accommodate 6 guests, making it a fantastic tropical getaway. It features a comfortable King bed, twin bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to stay home and enjoy yourself with a nice dinner with the family. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity. You will find all the necessary comforts of home inside the unit's delightful interior, including air conditioning, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and relaxed. Staying entertained will not be a challenge as the flat screen TV comes with a wide variety of cable channels and of course free Wi-Fi! For your convenience, there is in unit washer and dryer as well. We have got you covered with everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it s sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Family Vacation
Location was perfect! Condo was great aside from things that were mentioned in other reviews. The main couch is well loved and can probably be replaced. The bathtub takes forever to drain. I will say the cleaning company did not clean properly and there was still sand all over the floor when we arrived. We came in late and I didn’t want to bother anyone and it was of no fault of the condo owners so I don’t fault them for that. Other than those minor things…. It was wonderful and I highly recommend! Air conditioning was strong! Place was so comfortable and the view was fantastic. Loved the pool too! It wasn’t super crowded which was great… my kiddos had the pool almost to themselves every time we used it!

Lovely Stay
We stayed for a long weekend, and the condo had everything we needed. Couldn’t beat the views, and the short walk down to the beach. Easily the least crowded area of the beach during peak season.

direct access to the beach and within walking distance of shopping, groceries, and restaurants makes the stay much more pleasant. can't beat that view!

Quick Get-Away
The property is in a great location away from the crowds of Gulf Shores. The Emerald Isle property is not a large as most beachfront condos so the beach was not crowded at all. The condo itself (#45) was nice and clean with a fabulous view! The ONLY criticism was the bed mattress seemed past its prime and the balcony furniture was also a little tired. But overall, a wonderful retreat! Warning, take your own beach chairs... the rentals on the beach are quite steep!

Skillet
We have stayed here several times. As always the accommodations are fantastic. My wife did want me to suggest having a larger regular-sized skillet. The only one provided was an eight inch skillet. Made cooking breakfast a challenge but she made it. Regardless, we love this place!
