You will also only be a short trip away from numerous locations for fun adventures! Indulge in the ultimate oceanfront getaway when you choose this vacation rental condo for your next stay in paradise!
The living room provides two chairs for relaxing after a fun day as well as a sleeper sofa. In the master bedroom, you will find a plush king-sized bed to rest up after a day full of adventure and an En-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a built-in twin-over-twin bunk in the hallway that is perfect for the little ones to enjoy resting on during your trip! Each room has a flat screen cable TV and free wi-fi for you to enjoy.
Complete with granite counter tops, you will find this unit to be tastefully decorated for a gorgeous finish. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for whipping up homecooked meals to enjoy, including all utensils, and cookware. The dining area allows for a total of 6 to dine, with a 4-chair dining set and 2 barstools along the kitchen bar. If you'd prefer, step outside to enjoy a snack on the private patio or sip on your favorite coffee, Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided, or wine as you watch the sun shimmer over the water!

When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Nice little condo
We arrived and the place was perfect. It was right by the pool and not a far walking distance from your car. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach from our room. A bonus were the bunk beds, my kids loved them. I would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for a family of 5.

Great location
We loved the easy access with being in the first floor and also having a short boardwalk to the beach. Only complaint is the lack of storage space for beach stuff and clothing.

Great— but noisy
Loved everything about our stay; location, cleanliness, convenience, beach front. Only complaint, is the noise in bedroom while trying to sleep. Constant banging of pipes, flushing of toilets???? Not sure what it was but it sounded like we were in middle of storm.

Last vacation before School.
We as a family was pleased with our stay. Great views from our stay. Loved the closeness to the beach ⛱️. Loved that fact we could enjoy the pool, only exception that the pool lady showed upthe last two day of our stay .I diffently would be coming back.
