When you first arrive, you will notice and love the coastal themed interior which is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay in paradise. The living room provides abundant seating and a sleeper pull out bed as well! A flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi will help keep you entertained in your free time.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to cook whatever your heart desires. A Keurig and drip-style coffee maker are provided. The dining area provides ample space for guests to enjoy home cooked cuisine or fresh takeout from the numerous dining options close by. You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Very Nice Condo
Condo was as advertised. Very cute and great for two people. Furniture on patio was awesome. Great view of the beach and Gulf with easy access. There are beach chairs available to use; this was a nice surprise. Might suggest placing a curtain over the shutters in the MBR; light from outside made it hard to tell if it was night time or early morning when sleeping. We would stay here again!

Stress free vaca!
The Phoenix was very clean and updated all around. There were many kind staff throughout the resort to help us during our stay. Our condo was just like the pictures in the listing; Clean, comfortable, with an amazing view! communication regarding parking pass, checking in and checking out, was through the Sands of Alabama Team. And I will say, this was extremely easy and they were very thorough on everything! We were very pleased with our stay and will be back soon!

Phoenix 3 - 3037
Condo was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items to cook a full meal. The king size bed was comfortable. The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf from the balcony.

Beach Getaway with Kids
My husband and I brought our 1 and 4 year old on their first beach vacation. This condo was perfect. The many gates in the pool/beach area helped us make sure the kids didn’t fall in the pool while we were packing beach toys. The room was clean, and the perfect size to corral our two small children. Our kids loved the indoor pool area, and we would book this condo again.
