With numerous family-friendly amenities and a balcony with water views, you will not find a better home base for your getaway! This vacation rental is equipped with everything you need for days of coastal bliss. The biggest highlight is the unbeatable location located inside The Wharf resort complex which means that an abundance of shops, restaurants and activities are only a few steps away!
When you step inside the 926 square feet unit, you'll find all the comforts of home have been provided for you, including flat screen TV's, satellite and free Wi-Fi throughout! The living room provides the perfect place for you to relax and chat before heading out to enjoy some local seafood, a little retail therapy or a dip in the Oasis pool! Feel free to step out on to the private balcony and enjoy the warm breeze with a beautiful view of intracoastal canal and marina right below! You'll also find the kitchen fully equipped with all of the necessary trimmings for cooking delicious meals and scrumptious snacks. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. When it is time to retire to bed for the evening after a long day of coastal fun, head to the bedroom to find a comfortable king bed to help your recharge for the next day.

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! The amenities located inside the Wharf Entertainment district are nearly endless! Lounge around at The Oasis, soak in the hot tub, or dine at the variety of restaurants after you finish walking through all the shops featured on Main Street. Check out the Marina, movies at the theatre, amphitheater concerts, fun games like laser tag, ride the ferris wheel and enjoy the nightly light and sound show! Everyone is sure to find something they enjoy with all The Wharf has to offer.
Outside of the Resort, only a few minutes separate you from the beautiful sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. Just a quick trip down Canal Rd will take you to Gulf Shores, as well. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach in either city. You are literally minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, or trying your hand at glass blowing or pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center!

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: One (1) reserved parking spot in the parking garage. Additional vehicles can park anywhere else on property on a first come first serve basis. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was really clean and beautiful. The staff was easy to contact and very responsive. We loved the area and enjoyed the Oasis. I would stay here again.

Girls Trip
Place was nice with exception of hard worn pillows, not one of the chairs in the living room is comfortable! The washing machine sounds like a blinker on a car when it is running.

Great stay, again!
This was the second time we stayed in this unit. Everything was just as described and very accessible to the parking deck. The view of the harbor is also amazing.

Great stay!
The location and pool were perfect! Our youngest is 3 and we weren’t sure how much she would like the beach. We wanted to stay someplace that had a great pool and shops incase the beach was a no go. This location was perfect for our family. The Oasis pool was kid friendly and we loved the lazy river. Good News everyone loved the beach so it was great that the drive to the beach wasn’t too far away. Would definitely stay here again!
