Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

It was great until it wasn’t
Everything was perfect! The condo was great. We reached out to see if there was availability if we wanted to stay an extra night, great, there was! I made the additional payment and within an hour…closer to 30 minutes I let them know we couldn’t stay the extra night as my daughter’s friend had to be home that day. Since then I’ve been requesting a refund and it’s been crickets. Every time I reach out I’m told they will get back to me. This vacation was magical and we wanted this to be our go to condo, but now there’s no way! Ridiculous!

Perfect getaway
Beautiful property right on beachfront! Pool was clean and huge. Exactly like the pictures posted. Plenty of stuff to do in area other than swim. Never had an issue getting a cart for our items. Parking was tight, but we found spots.

Overall great area and stay
The property was clean and was great for my husband and I...we were not in the room much. The condo was very outdated and the beach stuff that was there was broken. The condo definitely needs some updating and some love. We enjoyed the location and it was clean!
