Your dream vacation awaits at this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath gulf front condo at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama!
Inside this condo you will find beautiful furnishings that are comfortable and relaxing!!
The supersized master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico through towering floor to ceiling glass windows and doors! You can also access the gulf front deck from the master suite. A king sized bed is found in the master suite along with the largest jacuzzi tub ever and a separate walk in shower. The all tile walk in shower has a seat and features all Hans Grohe plumbing fixtures including a rain head and body jets. The bathroom vanity is granite with two sinks and plenty of counter space.
The living room area also has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches through floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. Plenty of comfortable seating is found here plus a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace.
The dining room seats up to 8 people with 4 additional seats found at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen features everything you need to cook and serve wonderful homemade beach meals, including: a SubZero fridge; Wolf oven with microwave; Wolf 5-burner gas cooktop; and kitchenaid dishwasher.
A guest bath is found in the hallway. The condo also features a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and utility sink.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

Very nice condo. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. A/C working very well. Living room furniture clean and comfortable. Bar ice maker works very well. Balcony furniture is nice, hot tub (a service comes everyday to service it) so you know it’s clean. Having the grill on our personal balcony was perfect. Underground parking was a plus.

Fall Getaway
The condo was super nice and very roomy however if you are looking forward to the hot tub and jacuzzi tub in the master room you may want to skip on this property. The only thing that worked on the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was the water. The hot tub had lots of issues, the first two days we had to call for someone to come up due to it would not heat up, the third day we were told it needed to be drained and filled back up but we ask they not do that because it would take so long to fill up and then to heat up again, on the 4th day the pump stopped working.

Great place
Great place in a great building. The place is a great size with lots of room for the kids to run around. The ice machine was fantastic to have. Access to the multiple pools was great and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We will be back

Perfect vacation place
We had the most amazing time at this condo. The management property was very attentive to our check in and check out process. The amenities far exceed any other property we have stayed at. We love staying at the Turquoise Place and can’t wait to see h th r new slide they are putting in for one of the outdoor pools next year.

was told refund to be given for out of service Hot Tub; Jacuzzi out of commission no compensation
see above: roomy unit; furniture could use some updating, overall unit was satisfactory: Utilities was main problem, water was cut off for a time, other times water from go from trickle back to normal, off and on; Alabamagetaway has not come through with what was suppose to be refunds for loss of Hot tube and no followup with refund for loss of jacuzzi. I had to call someone to come clean the balcony after Hot Tub was removed after 24 hours. Mary
