Tradewinds 301 Amazing Views, Corner Unit, Right on the Beach!
This 2 BR 2 BA condo is fresh and beautiful, waiting for you in Orange
Beach, Alabama. The living room is full of natural light, gulf and beach
views, and features comfortable seating! There is a smart tv for your
entertainment as well as high speed internet .The queen sleeper sofa
provides additional sleeping for 2 .
The deck has endless views of the beautiful white sand beach and
turquoise gulf waters!!! The view is breathtaking ! Watch the sunrise , enjoy
your morning coffee and watch the dolphins play from your private
balcony . Overlooking a large gulf side pool you can keep an eye on the
kids and enjoy the wide open views of the beach and the ocean. The pool
has a swim through indoor pool plus it is heated in winter.
This charming gulf front condo features 2 bedrooms with picture
windows . A large master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and
private bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath off
the adjacent hallway. Both bedrooms have smart tv's.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a
wonderful vacation. All new stainless steel appliances, new countertops,
Keurig and drip coffee makers . You can choose to dine in or out at one of
the nearby local restaurants . The condo has a dining table as well as bar
seating, or you might wish to have dinner on your balcony, which has a
table as well and is good place to catch the sunset.
Tradewinds is only a few steps to the beach, with a short boardwalk to the
sand. Our unit is on the 3rd floor which is quite convenient for going to the
pool, the beach and moving in . Other amenities at Tradewinds include:
private security, 2 elevators, BBQ grilling area, and high speed internet!!
Our location is perfect for families offering endless entertainment —
music, shopping, festivals, restaurants, biking, parks, fishing, boating ,
golfing, nature trails, amusement park . Or simply chill on our beautiful
beach and relax. We will go above and beyond to make your time here a
pleasurable experience!

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

Great views, great for weekend getaway
Property has wonderful views and was very clean. It’s in a great location near restaurants and stores in Orange Beach and close to the Foley Beach express. Down side- pool is currently being renovated and not available and lots of construction noise starting at 7 am daily. We only found out a few weeks before our stay so we got a discount. Master is close to front door and by elevators so it gets a little noisy. It was comfortable for 4 of us, but would’ve been crowded if we had more. Also we were informed within hours of arrival the fold out couch wasn’t working. If you rent you may want to ask about that. Not bad for a few days though.

Lovely condo
We stayed the last week in September 2023. The condo was clean. Mattress felt great. Kitchen was smaller than I thought, but it had all the pots & pans we needed. Couch was soft & comfortable. Balcony had fantastic view of ocean, beach & pool. Pool water was Very cold!!! There are lots of great restaurants, souvenir shops, an arcade, putt putt golf & a Walmart all near by. We will stay again

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! As with most beach accomodations with an elevator, they were a little slow and hot. I also noticed they had not been inspected and it was due in 05/23. The security guards and maintenance man were very personable and helpful. We are glad we chose to stay here.
