CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by PW2 security.

We had an incredible time in Orange Beach and could not have been more happy with this condo! It was absolutely gorgeous inside and had plenty of space for all of us! The pools were wonderful and the beach access was great as well! We hope to visit Orange Beach again next year and can’t wait to stay here again!

Not quite as expected
The VRBO listing showed check out was at 11:00 but after I booked it, Alabama Getaway said it was 10:00 and wouldn't change it even after I said VRBO advertised it as 11:00. I was told personally by a rep at Alabama Getaway to let them know when I arrived and that we should be able to check in early, at least 2 hours early, as we were traveling with an infant. They kept us waiting for hours saying that an inspector had to go to the condo before they could let them in. No inspector ever came and they wouldn't give us the door code until 4:00. I understand that was our guaranteed check in time but they told me I would be able to check in earlier. There were people above us playing extremely loud music so I had to contact them about that. The beach chairs were not as advertised in photos and were placed so close to each other that there was no room to even walk in between the chairs and umbrellas. The beach was so overcrowded that we won't be back to this facility.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean with beautiful views! I don’t think the balcony could be any better. Beach and pool were great! Blessed to have had such a wonderful place to stay! Will come again!

Great Accommodations
Wonderful place to stay with family or friends. The property management company was excellent. Communication could not have been better from our booking to our arrival and up until our departure. We will definitely book here again and will be looking to use the same management company in the future as well.
