Just minutes from downtown Ellijay, River Retreat puts you in the best area to maximize all North Georgia has to offer! Apple houses, wineries, antiques, 5-star dining, and more are all within a short drive from the cabin.

River Retreat is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps up to seven (7) people and offers the following:
Queen on the upper-level private walk-in shower and soaking tub, private balcony overlooking the river, 32" Roku Tv
Full bedroom on the main level with 32" Roku Tv and deck access
Full bathroom on the main level tub/shower combo
Living Room with gas fireplace (operational Oct 1st- Apr 1st ) and 50" flat-screen TV
Terrace-level living room with 70'' Tv
Game room with pool table and arcade game
Terrace-level bathroom with tub/shower combo
Terrace level bedroom (1) full (1) twin with deck access

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least two loads. Many of our cabins include more than this essential list of inventory items. The only things you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Required Fees include a $200 Cleaning Fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it's for the use of the resorts gates), a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax.

Every single person in my group enjoyed the treasures of River Retreat! It’s an amazing view and beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay just relaxing in the cabin and on the decks! It was a perfect place for me to spend my birthday! Besides the front gate, I didn’t have to talk to any team members, we had everything we needed and any instructions about anything were already in the cabin.
