Starting Friday, May 24th and continuing through the summer months, the North side of Building A (parking lot side) will have moderate construction taking place. The construction will consist of the removal and application of stucco, as well as some framing work. Guests should be prepared to hear construction noises such as beeping of lift equipment, grinding, sanding, hammering, etc. This may cause additional dust in the air at times. Construction times are generally Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, and every other Sunday.
BEACH ACCESS and POOL ACCESS will be OPEN DURING THIS TIME.
Construction areas will be restricted while overhead work is being performed. Pedestrian traffic will be routed to one side of the building. Please follow the signage.
Parking may be limited at times. If so, additional vehicles can use the overflow parking lot located directly across the street from the condo.

Relaxing and private
The view was gorgeous from this location! Was quiet and private too. The unit was very clean and my family loved staying here. There was construction on the building next door, but it wasn’t constant or bothersome, as this unit is on the opposite side. Couldn’t hear it at all down by the water. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and retail. No issues with the check in/out process. Highly recommend this location!

Amazing view
This particular unit has a wrap around balcony with an amazing view. Everything has been newly renovated on the inside. We had a wonderful time!

The unit was just as pictured. Spotless! We did not have any issues that required additional contact outside of the normal checking in and directions.

CLEAN-CLEAN-CLEAN
This unit is exactly as it is listed. It is very clean which is very important to us!!! It had everything that we needed. This is a corner unit that had great views. The beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. We were here during Labor Day weekend and the week afterwards so from Saturday to Saturday. The elevators were very quick. We will definitely be staying at this unit again.

Wonderful condo
The condo was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The rental agency staff were pleasant, and we had everything we needed when we arrived. Ocean views from every room and the wrap around balcony allowed you to take in the beach where ever you were. Perfect height. On the 8th floor. The complex was well maintained and everything in working order. The pool was wonderful. The lower pool was shallow all along the edges and deep in the middle. Pool was very large. We definitely recommend this property for a vacation.

Worst check-in experience ever.
Upon arrival access code provided didn't work. Called VRBO who couldn't get in touch with the property owner. Was stuck outside in the sweltering heat with kids and elderly parents in-tow for hours. VRBO did provide us with emergency lodging but communication between me and representatives was less then desirable. Was promised full refund for reservation and provide an alternative one. None of which has been done. This next day, i got in touch with another representative from VRBO who told me the team who was handling my case didnt come in till 900am and provided us with choices of an alternative condo while we were waiting on the team assigned to us. By 1000am no one from VRBO contacted us, which made us very distraught as we have to check-out of our emergency hotel by 11am. At 1005am i was contacted by the original property owner who finally provided me with the correct access code. At this point i was confused as to whether to go back to the original property or wait for vrbo reaponse. Needless to say i went with my original booking as it was that or a 6 hr drive home. Next, i called VRBO AGAIN to get clarification as to what is being done to compensate for this disasterous check-in process. I was told it was being sent to the claims department and would have to wait 72 hrs for a response. This has been the worst check-in experience for me and my family. This vacation was booked months in advance and all dues were paid upfront. Is this how Vrbo does business?

Very Nice Condo and Location
Just about everything about this place was excellent. Very clean, up to date and comfortable, good location, good TV and internet. great balcony and views. Our only issues were getting into the parking lot... you need a code that wasn't given to us in advance. Also when leaving on Saturday morning the door code changed at precisely 10:00 am. We couldn't get our last few items out. We couldn't reach anyone from the rental company (Alabama Getaway) and wasted an hour trying to find anyone that could help us. A maintenance guy finally got us back in long enough to grab our last few items. Check out is at 10:00 but no one warned us that the lock changed right at 10:00. Had someone warned us this major inconvenience could have been avoided. I'm glad we didn't have to get to the airport that morning.
