​​​​​​​SUMMER HOUSE BLDG B CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
At the end of Summer 2022, Summer House began a multi-year project to completely revamp the development. Once complete, Summer House will look like a brand new condo!! The project is halfway completed. Please review the details on what to expect when visiting Summer House Fall 2024 - Late Spring 2025. Please reach out to us with any questions. Rates are discounted to offset the construction activity.
Important Summer House Construction Information:
* BEACH ACCESS will remain open.
* OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE starting August 19, 2024. The indoor pool will remain open.
* SAFETY FIRST! Construction areas will be restricted while overhead work is being performed. Pedestrian traffic will be routed to one side of the building. Please follow the signage for pedestrian safely.
* Interiors for Building B are complete! All new sliding doors and windows; new exterior doors; all new coatings and paint on the beach front decks; all new paint on the south side of the building. ALL OF THIS LOOKS GREAT!!
* Temporary railings are installed along NORTH SIDE floor level walk ways/corridors in the B building. These are not pretty, but they are safe and meet all codes. Permanent railing installs will begin in September. The floors levels they are working on will be closed to rentals during this time. We have these condos blocked off for this work, so you will not be staying on a floor where the work is being done.
* Construction workers will be present most days during Fall 2024 working on the exterior of the NORTH SIDE of the building.
Parking may be limited at times. If so, additional vehicles can use the overflow parking lot located directly across the street from the condo.

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Another great year in 603B. Room is always clean and comfortable, great views, beach and pools never disapoint! Great location, easy to get around and plenty to do.

This condo was amazing, great views, plenty of space for everyone, lots of beach toys in the closet and plenty of balcony furniture. We would recommend and will be back!!

Great stay!
We loved our stay! Condo was clean and very nicely renovated. Beds were all comfortable. There were lots of pool and beach toys you could use. Wish we were within walking distance to more restaurants but generally good, central location. The condo building could use some updating-Looks a little run down on the outside but the condo itself was great. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent!!
We cannot say enough good things about this stay. We needed a quick getaway to decompress all that 2022 has thrown at us! Summer House 603B was just the place to do that. The process was smooth and easy from booking to checkout. The condo was as gorgeous in person as it is in the pictures. It was very clean and was perfect for our family. I really enjoyed the large balcony!

Great condo for family vacation!
This condo is exactly as described and more! Beautifully appointed with quality finishes, super comfortable beds, high quality linens and towels, dehumidifier, great AC, plenty of room for our family ( 4 adults, 17yr old twins), a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, along with two wagons to haul items to beach. Quiet inside condo. Great outdoor patio furniture and view! Beach is not too crowded, conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants & shopping. Restaurant & activity suggestion sheet provided by host was terrific! Communication was excellent and very quick responses! We were sad to leave and will definitely book this condo again!
