** Strict HOA policy regarding pets. Renters are limited to 1 pet that must be no larger than 20lbs in peak summer months (2 pets permitted before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)**

* Kitchen stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation! Plus a pantry!

* Large laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and pantry storage
* Comfortable seating in the living room - oversized 65" brand new Smart TV
* TV's in both bedrooms
* Dining room table and more seating at kitchen bar
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.
Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 pet max between Memorial Day and Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 20lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.
* Completed and signed Pet Addendum required

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Great location and covenient
When we first arrived, I was surprised that it was so small. It worked for us because we were only there for two nights. It is an older condo and needs a little sprucing up. Really like the convenience of the bottom floor.
