CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed.

Condo #409
Stayed 3 nights in #409 with grandchildren that had never been to our beaches. They’ve only been to beaches in CA. It was very uncomfortable with AC not working for our entire stay. Alabama Getaway was prompt answering phone but never offered us any type of refund for our discomfort, only had 3 fans delivered to us on the 2nd day. This is the reason for a 1 star review.

Awesome place
Very pleased with our stay the condo was perfect for our whole family plenty of room and the views were incredible. The property is very nice and clean, there were employees constantly picking up trash around the grounds. Very family oriented and take care of their guest. Some reviews about the furniture it was fine I wouldn’t put nice stuff in a condo that people don’t really care about taking of it either. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing condo and property
Our condo was spectacular, 4 bedroom with an end unit balcony, the whole thing was breath taking. The properry offered so many amenities, the slide and lazy river were my grandkids favorite. I will definately book at Phoenox West again

Wonderful vacation place!!
Loved the keyless entry to the condo. The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to gather. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were suppled with everything we needed for a great stay. Also great communication with the management!! Responded quickly when we were having trouble with the keypad on our arrival. We’ll definitely return!!
