Mi Vida is a beautiful, spacious brand-new home located in Lost Dunes on West Beach in Gulf Shores! The home is part of a community of beach homes directly across the street from the 10th Street Public Beach Access, and only a few blocks from the 10th Street Public Lagoon Access! You can enjoy the beach and the lagoon from this wonderful location! The community has 2 resort style swimming pools one with a hot tub!
The home has an open floor plan that combines the living, dining and kitchen into one great room. The kitchen has a large bar/island with seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for dining in!
You will love al of the modern appointments throughout the home, these include: upgraded stainless steel appliances; quartz counters in kitchen and all baths; 10' ceilings on main living level; plank flooring throughout entire home; custom cabinetry throughout; shiplap walls in living room; and more!

LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and outstanding restaurants. The gulf and our famous beaches are easily accessible via numerous public beach access points. As well as public access points to Little Lagoon. A wonderful place to relax on the beach, fish the lagoon or Gulf, or explore on bike or foot!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

Excellent vacation home!
House was clean and kitchen was stocked with all utensils, pots, pans and dishes needed for a large group! Beds were comfortable and house was beautiful. There was a little crack along one of tge upstairs door jamb when we arrived but it wasnt anything that disrupted our stay or looked bad! Just noticed it upon arrival. Everything was immaculate and housed our group of what ended up being 5 adults, 2 children, one teenager. Will definitely stay here again!

Mother/Son Senior Spring Break
Our group consisted of 3 mothers 3 high school senior boys and 1 adult sister! The bunk room was perfect for the boys and each mom got her own room with a bathroom! We had plenty of room in the living room area for all of us. We had a bad day of weather and made it into a movie day and we could all lounge together. The house was very clean! Loved the layout! And any communication we had was promptly responded to! The boys played cornhole by the driveway area every night, the pools were very nice, the middle one blocked the wind on the days it was too windy for the beach. The location was amazing! We were walking distance to a small grocery store and there was also a restaurant and ice cream shop there, which we visited both and recommend both! The beach was a short walk, and the main strip was a few min down the road. We quickly learned a few back roads that allowed us to avoid the main intersection of town. Most of us had never been to Gulf Shores before and I will be returning! All the moms started discussing a couples trip while we were there and we will rent this property again!
