Welcome to Luxe Lagoon North. This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is perfect for your next vacation. The property sleeps 16 with 6 beds and 2 luxury sleeper sofas. The top floor has 360 degree views of the Gulf and the lagoon, you and your family will be able to sleep under the stars in this beautiful space.
Built in 2023, this home has a chef's kitchen and custom designer amenities. Not only will this be a vacation of relaxation, but also convenience as this home is a smart home. An easy, “Alexa, turn on the lights” or “Alexa, turn the stove on to cook dinner” will make your vacation a breeze. This home also boasts picturesque views of the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico.
The main living space and main bedroom both have balconies to enjoy your morning coffee looking out towards the calm lagoon. As if this wasn't enough, this home is a five minute walk to the beach, and when that seems too far, you can enjoy a private pool, only shared with the other side of the duplex!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Very nice for family.
The listing description and photos do not do this house justice. The kitchen is perfect, the wifi is strong throughout the house and all the smart TVs and technology function properly. There are views of the beach and the lagoon and the neighborhood is quiet. Loved it!

Wonderful Vacation
We were so happy with this house! We rented North and South ! It was gorgeous, great location, comfortable beds! Nice pool that we really enjoyed too! We had a group of 16 friends and family from Indiana, Florida, & Mississippi! We had a wonderful time together! We had plenty of room! The only issue was we were all older and the stairs were a challenge! We loved it!

Very nice place!
I really enjoyed staying here! Nice features! All of the rooms were well decorated and the furniture and amenities all seemed to have been updated recently. I was really impressed!
