- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $49 – covers $750 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.

Great location, centrally located. It cost $18.00 for an Uber to Broadway. Quiet, top floor unit. We really weren't bothered by the construction next door. The unit was spacious for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Couples get away
We enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable and worked great for two couples. The new building was clean and so was the apartment. The beds were great and we appreciated the coffee in the morning. We didn’t rent a car so Ubers were our mode of transportation. We found the location convenient for getting downtown and quiet at night. The only downside was nothing within walking distance to pick up a few groceries. The pool was a nice bonus on the hot days. Having a few extra towels would have been helpful. We loved our time in Nashville and would recommend this place for sure.

This place is a gem!
We loved our stay here! Adorable place that was so spacious yet cozy for the 4 of us. So modern and new. The location was superb. Close to everything yet a quiet and quaint neighborhood. It was the ideal place to stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean (except the elevator) ...only thing I didn't like was have the neighbor across from my door having the ring and could see everything about when I was coming and going and my key pad

Everything we hoped for
This property is new, nicely decorated, and in pristine shape. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and the home is very comfortable. The location is in a nice area and close to downtown. We will definitely be back if visiting Nashville again in the future.
