CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed on property or on balcony (strictly enforced).

Perfect Family Vac
Loved this condo. Beautifully decorated. Loved the deck that was big enough for our family of seven to eat on. Little short on fry pans and silverware but I think if I asked them they would have given it to me. They took excellent care of us and answered all my questions. Gave me anything extra I needed. Loved that it had a crockpot for meals while you sat on the beach. Checkout and in was a breeze. My family loved it so much and we plan on coming back😊

Great location & accommodations, inaccurate listing
We loved our stay. While we have stayed in condos and houses in the area every summer for many years, this condo is among the best. Great size, beach wasn't too crowded even with the July 4 influx of people, both indoor and outdoor pools were excellent, the walk to the beach was easy, and the elevators were surprisingly fast. There were two inaccuracies in the condo listing from reality: first, the sofa has been replaced and is no longer a pull-out sofa. Rather, there's a queen sized blow up mattress stored in the master closet. This was ok for our kids but may not work for other arrangements. Second, the patio furniture is not what's in the photo and has been replaced with a large table and chairs, a bench swing, and a lounge. Ample seating, just not what we expected. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again. My only other complaint was that some other guests were being loud and obnoxious on their balcony and poolside - we could still hear them even though the condo is pretty well insulated, so definitely pack a white noise machine if you or your kiddos plan to be in bed early.

Girls Getaway
The property was very clean and organized.....nothing negative to say about it. Comfortable beds, linens, well stocked kitchen and a good balcony. My only negative comment is not having two parking passes with a 3/2 condo. We had to pay an additional $81.20 for the second parking pass and the parking lot was never close to being full while we were there.

Summer getaway
The condo and property was amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins play in the ocean infront of us. The condo was clean and very accommodating for us. We will definitely be back.

First timers
This was our first time to Orange Beach and it was perfect! The condo was clean and roomy. It was great to sit on the balcony and drink coffee while overlooking the Gulf. It’s located near everything but not overly crowded with traffic. We’re already planning our next trip there!

Great vacation
The check in was easy with great communication with property management the condo was very clean and great view from balcony. Saw dolphins everyday on the balcony. Would high recommend this place to others.
