The primary bedroom is your personal haven, featuring a luxurious king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious standing shower for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom offers an equally comfortable queen bed alongside carefully selected furnishings and closet space. There also is a 2nd bathroom off the living area featuring a shower/tub combo. Whichever room you choose, it will be the perfect space to unwind after a day of city exploration.

As a privileged guest of Odyssey, you'll have exclusive access to resort style amenities that will take your stay to the next level. Enjoy the newly built sparkling pool complete with sun loungers and BBQ grill perfect for hot summer days. Fitness enthusiasts, keep up with your workout schedule with the state-of-the-art gym. Please note: pool is open seasonally. Pool is now open as of May 31st 2024 and will remain open until the end of summer. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM.

- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $49 – covers $750 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! The kitchen set includes: dishwashing tablet, dish soap, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes.
- The bathroom set includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body bar soap, hand bar soap, body lotion, and linen spray. This was a great spot for us as we dropped our daughter off to college. Covered parking garage, pool, nice convenient neighborhood. 1.5 miles to Belmont, closer to Vanderbilt. Clean.

Just as advertised
The place was perfect for us. Stayed for 9 days. Close enough to enough the excitement of Broadway when we wanted and far enough away when we wanted peace. Will definitely stay there again.

brand new condo, comfortable and clean
We were the first ones to use the pull out sofa for sure (it was comfy!) and probably a lot of the other things. Walkable to Starbucks and Vanderbilt campus. We enjoyed our two night stay and took an Uber down to Broadway both evenings which seemed much easier than parking in town.

Quick trip
Myself and my son only had 3 days in Nashville, so we only need a base, so never really had time to use all facilities. Unit was very great. Would recommend.
