The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious standing shower for your convenience. The 2nd bedroom offers an equally comfortable queen bed alongside carefully curated furnishings and closet space. There also is a 2nd bathroom off the living area featuring a shower/tub combo. Whichever room you stay in, it will be the perfect space to unwind after a day out on the town.
Odyssey building accommodations and amenities: As a privileged guest of Odyssey, you'll have exclusive access to resort style amenities that will take your stay to the next level. Please note: pool is open seasonally. Pool is now open as of May 31st 2024 and will remain open until the end of summer. Hours of operation are from 8AM - 8PM.

- Same day move-ins will not be honored after 12pm AZ time. Please make an inquiry and we will accept or decline based on ability to accommodate.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $49 – covers $750 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.

Loved the location!
House itself was great! Very updated and clean. We loved the location and the pool was very nice and refreshing! Didn’t have the extra paper towel and toilet paper the listing said, so we had to buy toilet paper, but did get more towels when asked! Respond time could be a little quicker, but overall we’re very nice and accommodating!

Heart Surgery
Son had to have heart surgery. This condo was very comfortable. Only negative the Master bedroom window had blinds that did not block light & curtains did not close completely. So everyone was up by 5:30am. That can & should be remedied for guest comfort.

Fantastic!!
We had a fantastic stay in this Vrbo in Nashville. The condo was a very nice size, very roomy and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped with many modern appliances. It was wonderful to have the two bedroom with the two baths. It made it extremely easy to share. The beds were very comfortable. The location was also perfect. We used either Uber or Lyft and the average cost of the rides were less than $10. All in all I felt that the owner did a great job communicating the information I would need. I would highly recommend this Vrbo!!
