- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of two pets under 35lbs, $100 per pet fee required.

Getting to the home using GPS can be tricky but once we found it we were pleased with the cleanliness. Parking is a major problem for this residence. Anything other than a small sedan will not fit in the garage and there is virtually no parking otherwise. More curtains are needed in the bathrooms and all mattresses are soft and probably need to be replaced. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a door handle that was very loose and a towel peg in one of the upstairs bathrooms needed to be reinstalled. The upstairs rooftop is a nice area to gather in the morning or late evening. The location was good and not far from downtown and Broadway attractions. Having the Kroger near by was also a plus as there are not a lot of great restaurants in the nearby area that we found.

Cheap linens and insane fees
Neighborhood was okay. Inside the property was as pictured. However, bathroom windows did not have curtains and were visible to the outside which made us group of girls uncomfortable. After the stay I was charged an outrageous replacement fee for “stained” linens that were questions value to begin with. Overall I had high hopes for this stay but was left with a sour taste in my mouth.

AC didn’t work
AC on the main floor didn’t work the entire stay. Lost second AC until for the upstairs bedrooms the last day/night of our stay. Ceiling fan in bedroom next to kitchen didn’t work which was pleasant since AC unit failed. No screens were on windows. Didn’t realize until we noticed all the insects in our room. Called, spoke to very nice person who answered. Assured us someone would be out to address issues. After my 3rd call I stopped calling and lost all faith someone would be out to address. Great time in Nashville, unfortunately our accommodations were less than sub par.

Short weekend stay
6 adults for a weekend getaway. Very clean, brand new property. We really only used the house to sleep as we were gone most of the day. But kitchen seems to be pretty stocked. Our big downfall was finding the property. Google maps takes you to the set of houses farther down the street. After talking to the management company she was able to send me a picture of the front door to at least give me an idea what color of building we were looking for. The driveway/roadway leading to the houses are the garage side and the house number is not located on that side. we then had to have someone walk around all the houses to find the house number. They should have a sign at the driveway stating the house numbers so it’s easily seen. But luckily the company was very easy to get ahold of and great at helping. Big plus also is Kroger is right across the street. 20 min to downtown broadway. And easy to get cabs/Uber. We will defiantly look at this management company for future rentals
